Yusuf Otubanjo: Nigerian Forward Nets Landmark Goal, Makes History In Pyunik Yerevan Win

Experienced Nigerian Striker, Yusuf Otubanjo, has reached a significant milestone in the Armenian top-flight league as he net his 50th leaguegoal following his hat-trick in Pyunik Yerevan 0-5 Dismantling of Football Club Van at the weekend.

Otubanjo who emerged as the league top scorer last season had already started off scoring goals in the new season and came through with (3) goals in Pyunik Yerevan Matchday six win.

The Nigerian international, Yusuf Otubanjo opened scoring at the 21st minute and went ahead to grab a double at the 40th minute to hand Pyunik Yerevan a 0-2 lead heading back to the locker room.

Back into the second half, Yusuf Otubanjo continued from where he stopped in the second half as he completed his hattrick for the day with his 49th minute goal.

Cruising on a high, Yusuf Otubanjo penned his name in the assist book as he assisted Malakyan.E 79th minute goal to extend Pyunik Yerevan before 90+ goal to end the game on a 0-5 scoreline.

Next for Pyunik Yerevan is a date with BKMA at home on Matchday (7) whilst Football Club Van will face West Armenia.

Nigerian defender, Igoh Ogbu, listed as one of Slavia Prague heroes as he came through with a goal as Slavia Prague cruised to a 0-2 win over Swiss side.Servette in the round one of the cure UEFA Europa league campaign.

The exciting fixture had the visitors, Slavia Prague grew in confidence in course of the game after kick-off as they took total control of possession.

Igoh Ogbu goal was enough to seal Slavia Prague inconsistent win away from home in Europa games and get the team charged up for its derby fixture against Sparta Prague at the weekend.

Nigerian midfielder, Peter Ademo, has expressed his delight to mark a dream debut in the Prestigious UEFA Europa League as he lined up with Moldovan based side, Sheriff Tiraspol against Italian Serie A giants, AS Roma.

Ademo who joined Tiraspol in the summer transfer has been pivotal in the Sheriff Tiraspol team as he played a major role in Sheriff Tiraspol qualifying series.

The parity lasted for Eight minutes as AS Roma surged forward and reclaimed lead as Lukaku fired in for AS Roma after benefiting from Cristantes backheel pass.

Full time it was a big win for AS Roma to start the campaign on a front foot.

Nigerian Striker David Ankeye Delighted To Make UEFA Europa League Debut

Nigerian striker, David Ankeye has experienced his delight after marking his first UEFA Europa league debut as he featured in Sheriff Tiraspol 1-2 disappointing home loss to Italian Serie A giants, AS Roma.

The Nigerian international who joined Moldovan side, Sheriff Tiraspol from Tunis based side has been handful for the Moldovan giants and was handed a place to start off in the frontline for Sheriff Tiraspol.
