Ukpa Hogan Nets Second League Goal For FC Struga

Nigerian wonderkid, Hogan Ukpa Effiong was on target for FC Struga Trim-Lum earlier today in the North Macedonia side 2-2 draw against, FK Bregalnica Štip.

Impressive Ukpar retained his spot in the stars studded FC Struga Trim-Lum team and he was able to mark his impressive performance with a classic goal.

Top of the log side, FC Struga Trim-Lum looked forward to record a win against, FK Bregalnica Štip haven gone 2games without a win.

High flying FK Bregalnica Štip who has been in decent form hoped to compound the woes of FC Struga Trim-Lum when the two sides faces off on Matchday 13.

Sleeky Nigerian winger, Hogan Ukpa Effiong was the first to draw the first blood to give, FC Struga Trim-Lum lead before 20th minute, an exquisite strike which was cancelled off by the visitors at the 24th minute to bring the two sides level after the first half.

Hogan Ukpa Effiong was impressive for the host throughout the entire duration of the game and he was able to help the salvage a point against a stubborn FK Bregalnica Štip side.

Energetic and youthful Super Eagles defender, Bruno Onyemaechi, has been named Boavista Futebol Clube, Player of the Month for March after a series of standout performances for the club.

The young defender played a vital role in the team’s games against Arouca and Famalicao, making several crucial tackles, interceptions, and ground duels.

Despite Boavista’s 3-0 defeat to Sporting Lisbon, Onyemaechi showed great resilience and played a strong game in the team’s subsequent loss to Famalicao. His contributions on the offensive end, including accurate crosses and key passes, were also a key factor in the team’s performances throughout the month.

In addition to his club success, Onyemaechi’s impressive form was recognized with a call-up to the Nigerian national team for their back-to-back games against Guinea-Bissau in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Although he did not feature in either match, the call-up was a significant accomplishment for the 23-year-old defender.

Despite receiving his first international call-up in the lead-up to the friendly against Portugal in November, Onyemaechi is yet to make his debut for the Super Eagles

Nevertheless, his recent performances for Boavista have caught the attention of fans and scouts alike, and he will be eager to continue his impressive form as the team faces Maritimo in their upcoming match.
