After a long week, actions resumed on Sunday across top European and Scandinavia leagues as teams continue their quest for domestic and continental glory.

In all the exciting fixtures played earlier today, Nigerian eligible and Internationals weren’t left out as some bagged assists whilst some came through with Jaw-dropping goals.

In this piece, we would take a look at the general performances of Nigerian stars abroad.

The Nigerian duo were involved in Randers FC (1-0) win against, Viborg.

6. Ipalibo Jackson X Friday Fred (Strømsgodset, Norway)
Midfielder Jackson Ipalibo had a goal to his name while fellow compatriot, Friday Fred, grabbed a brace in their side (6-0) win.

7. Ogbu Igoh X Ifeanyi Mathew (Lillestrøm, Norway)
Lillestrøm cruised to another home win with its Nigerian import, Ogbu and Mathew playing a part.

8. Gift Orban (Stabek, Norway)
The Nigerian international played out all 90mins in his side (5-0) home win.

9. Olakunle Olusegun (Krasnodar, Russia)
Olakunle who fired blank was handful and instrumental to his side (2-0) home win.

10. Olisah Ndah (Orlando Pirates, South Africa)
Ndah kept it all solid to ensure a share of spoils away from home against, Supersports United.

11. Henry Offia (Trelleborg, Sweden)
Offia had a brace to his name in his side (4-2) win against, Dalkurp.

12. Godwin Saviour (Casa Pia, Portugal)
The Nigerian international came through with the match winner goal in his side (2-0) home win.

13. Stanley Charles (Baník Ostrava, Czech)
The Supreme Kings FC graduate opened his goal account in his side (5-0) win.

14. Oche Ochewuchi (CD Feirense, Portugal)
Oche had some minutes under his belt in his side (1-1) stalemate.

15. Chibuike Ikwemesi (Celje, Slovenia)
Chibuike bagged a brace in his side Dramatic draw against, Maribor.

16. Ibrahim Olawoyin (Ankara Keçiörengücü, Turkey)
Olawoyin came through with the only assist which produced his side only goal in their disappointing home loss.

17. Calvin Bassey (Ajax, Netherland)
Bassey marked his first full debut in his side slim win.

Atuloma Emeka: Nigerian Midfielder Relishes Al Ettihad Experience



Nigerian international, Emeka Atuloma has relished his experience playing with Bahraini based side, Al Ettihad Bahrain, in the just concluded Bahrain second division 2023/2024 season.

Holidaying in Nigeria, the utility player in a chat with Nigerian journalist, Nwosu ‘Chygoz’ Chigozie, bared his experience in the just concluded season playing for Al Ettihad.

“It was a sweet experience playing for a wonderful club like Al Ittihad, they club has one of the best fan base and they kept lending their support to their darling team althrough the season”

“The league is quiet demanding but never took me long to adopt as I have played in the country in the last two years so am used to the food and their weather”

“It was no doubt a remarkable season for me, had the most number of matches and equally helped the team always anytime defending the badge”

“Am looking forward to the next challenge which will be made public in the coming weeks” cheerful Atuloma concluded.

Known for his bullish nature in the middle of the park and his ability to play in more than one position, Atuloma remained handful and ever present in the stars studded Al Ittihad team.

The Nigerian midfielder has played in numerous leagues as he list Al-Shabab as his former clubside.
