NFF General Election: Paul Ojo Omamomo Felicitate With Newly Elected NFF Board Member Hon.Essien Nse

Renowned Nigerian born football agent, Paul Ojo Omamomo, has congratulated Rt.Hon. Essien Nse on his victory in the just concluded NFF’s 78th Elective Congress election held earlier today in Benin.

In a congratulatory statement issued in Abuja, by his Media Office the top ranking Football agent, Paul Ojo Omamomo, described the newly appointed Board member of the Nigeria football Federation, Rt. Hon. Essien Nse as an astute football administrator who knows his onion.

“Rt. Hon. Essien Nse win in the concluded NFF election is a win for football in Akwa Ibom and Nigeria at large”

“Hon. Essien Nse vast knowledge and experience in football administration will no doubt help reposition Nigeria football under Ibrahim Musa Gusau led NFF Board”

“Hon. Essien Nse involvement and contribution to the growth and development of Football in Akwa Ibom is evident in all ramifications and he will no doubt bring in his wealth of experience into play in his newly position”

In the NFF’s 78th Elective Congress, Hon. Essien Nse, emerged as one of the Federation Board member whilst Ibrahim Musa Gusau emerged as the Federation President elect and Mr Felix Anyansi Agwu as the Federation first President.

It will be recalled the Akwa Ibom legislator, Hon. Essien Nse, out of passion for football has used his Uyo based club, FC One Rocket to change the stories of young talented footballers in Uyo and Nigeria at large.

Sporting Supreme, competing in the second tier of Nigerian football, came all out in the closing stages of the match in search of an equalizer, but Abia Warriors defence quartet of captain Augustine Njoku, Prince Okorie, Collins Nwoburuoke and Aliyu Mohammed refused to bulge.

With this victory, Abia Warriors will now wait for the draws by the organizers to ascertain their next opponents.

NPFL Youth League: Naira Rains For Abia Warriros As CEO Banana Island Lounge & Grills Rewards Players

Chief Executive Officer of popular Texas based Banana Island Grills and Lounge, Francis Chilaka, has rewarded Abia Warriors Under-17 monetarily for their gallant performance in the maiden edition of the Nigeria Professional Football League Youth played in Enugu State, for the South-East zone.

Speaking after the team last fixture against Rangers Under-17, Chilaka who doubles as a Board member of the Abia Warriros Football Club elougized the young Warriors for their spirited performance regardless coming together as a team in a short while.

“The boys showed character and prospects, am proud of their performance regardless not picking the South-East slot as the team wanted”
