Ibrahim Aliyu Pens Farewell Message To Lokomotiva Zagreb After Houston Dynamo Move

Sensational Aliyu Ibrahim has sent an emotional farewell message to his former teammates at Nogometni klub Lokomotiva Zagreb and the club’s supporters.

The forward completed a surprise move which saw him leave. Croatian topflight league giants Nogometni klub Lokomotiva Zagreb for USA MLS league outfit, Houston Dynamo FC.

“I want to thank everyone at Nogometni klub Lokomotiva Zagreb. It wass wonderful for me these three years at the club, In Zagreb and in Croatia where I made a lot of friends.

“Its time for a new challenges, I will continue to follow Nogometni klub Lokomotiva Zagreb in America , I believe the boys will conquer Europe at the end of the seaosn ! Ibrahim Aliyu tweet on his official Instagram account read.

Born on 16 January 2002, 21-year-old Aliyu Ibrahim started his professional football career with Nigerian based side,Oasis FC from where he went further to play for the Nigeria U20 team.

A golden fish cannot be hidden, Aliyu outstanding performance with the Nigeria flying Eagles earned him a plethora of offers from foreign Clubsides.

Ibrahim joined NK Lokomotiva Zagreb youth team at the age of 18.

On 2 October 2020, Aliyu made his debut with Lokomotiva Zagreb’s senior team against Istra 1961 in a Prva HNL match, coming in as a substitute in the 72nd minute for Reuben Acquah.

Unarguably one of Nigeria in-form Striker, the sensational Forward has Six (6) league goals to his name.

NNigerian striker, Olatunji Victor, has added another medal in his cabin as Czech Republic giants, Sparta Prague, emerge win of the 2023/2024 MOL Cup.
