Abraham Marcus: Red-hot Super Eagles Winger Nets Brace In FC Porto 4-0 Win

Sensational Nigerian international, Marcus Abraham, came through with another top performance as he found back of the net twice in Futebol Clube do Porto B 4-0 home win against, Sporting Clube Farense in one of the current Liga Portugal 2 Matchday 14 fixtures played earlier today at the Estádio Municipal Jorge Sampaio.

As action resumed in the Liga Portugal 2, Nigerian Wing-wizard, Marcus Abraham and his Futebol Clube do Porto B continued their quest for glory with a tough fixture against high placed, Sporting Clube Farense side.

Occupying the 2nd position before World Cup, Sporting Clube Farense resumed with a resilient spirit as they eye maximum points against, Futebol Clube do Porto B when the two sides lock horns on Matchday 14 at the Estádio Municipal Jorge Sampaio.

As expected, the two ball playing sides in the first half showed the best of football artistry to the spectators delight but it was the host, Futebol Clube do Porto B, who were the first to open the flood gate of goals off Rodrigo Pinheiro 16th minute goal, a goal enough to earn the team lead at half time.

On re-emergence for the second half, Futebol Clube do Porto B, ran riot against it’s visitors to bang (3) goals in the second half with impressive Nigerian international, Marcus Abraham scoring twice at the 71st and 79th minute to sum up the scoreline to (4-0) at full time.

Arguably the MOTM, Abraham Marcus who got subed off at the 88th minute exhumed class in the keenly contested fixture and grabbed a brace ice his outstanding performance in the game, top top Star!

Energetic and youthful Super Eagles defender, Bruno Onyemaechi, has been named Boavista Futebol Clube, Player of the Month for March after a series of standout performances for the club.

The young defender played a vital role in the team’s games against Arouca and Famalicao, making several crucial tackles, interceptions, and ground duels.

Despite Boavista’s 3-0 defeat to Sporting Lisbon, Onyemaechi showed great resilience and played a strong game in the team’s subsequent loss to Famalicao. His contributions on the offensive end, including accurate crosses and key passes, were also a key factor in the team’s performances throughout the month.

In addition to his club success, Onyemaechi’s impressive form was recognized with a call-up to the Nigerian national team for their back-to-back games against Guinea-Bissau in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Although he did not feature in either match, the call-up was a significant accomplishment for the 23-year-old defender.

Despite receiving his first international call-up in the lead-up to the friendly against Portugal in November, Onyemaechi is yet to make his debut for the Super Eagles

Nevertheless, his recent performances for Boavista have caught the attention of fans and scouts alike, and he will be eager to continue his impressive form as the team faces Maritimo in their upcoming match.
