Abiodun Ogunniyi: Latvian Outfit FK Auda Sign Nigeria U-23 Star On A Permanent Deal

Latvian top-flight league outfit, Futbola klubs Auda, have completed the outright transfer for Nigeria U-23 sensational winger, Abiodun Ogunniyi from Latvian based side,FK Spartaks Jūrmala.

Born on Dec 20, 2001, 21-year-old Abiodun Ogunniyi started his professional football career with top ranking Nigerian based talent hub, VIA Football Academy.

Afterwards an impressive development process with Nigerian based side, VIA Football Academy, prominent for producing top stars, Abiodun Ogunniyi was chased down by top clubsides from the Nigeria Top-flight League as well as European leagues.

For continuity in his development, the sleeky winger landed in Latvia where he teamed up with Latvian top-flight league campaigners, FK Spartaks Jūrmala.

A golden fish has no hiding place, upon his arrival and teaming up with his new side, FK Spartaks Jūrmala, the sensational winger hit the ground running to raise eyebrows.

Following back to back impressive performances in the colours of FK Spartaks Jūrmala, Abiodun Ogunniyi made a move to team up with prominent Latvian top-flight league giant’s,Riga Football Club.

As expected, Abiodun Ogunniyi kicked off life with, Riga Football Club on right foot, coming through with goals and assist when needed most.

In search of fresh challenge, Abiodun Ogunniyi opted for a loan move which had him dorn the jersey of Futbola klubs Auda.

In the colours of Futbola klubs Auda, impressive, Abiodun Ogunniyi coped the Latvian domestic cup amongst other big feats.

Turning an integral squad member of stars studded, Futbola klubs Auda team, the Nigerian international show of class landed him a permanent deal with Futbola klubs Auda on a two and half Season contract.

It will be recalled the Nigerian born wing-wizard was inspirational with the Nigeria U-23 team as he single handley sailed the team through the competition next round.

Super Eagles Defender Bruno Onyemaechi Makes Liga Portugal Team of The Week

Nigeria international Bruno Onyemaechi has been named in the Liga Portugal Team of The Week for match-day 25 following an impressive performance despite his side disappointing home defeat.

Onyemaechi who played from the left back position was the cynosure of all eyes as he was rugged defensively and a menace to the opponent’s backline offensively.

Ibrahim Olawoyin Makes Turkish TFF First League Team of The Week

Nigeria international Ibrahim Olawoyin has been named in the TFF First League Team of The Week for match-day 27 following an impressive performance that inspired Çaykur Rizespor Kulübü to a resounding 3-1 home win against Altay Spor Kulübü.

Olawoyin was the major catalyst as the Karadeniz Atmacası claimed a convincing 3-1 win at Yeni Rize Şehir Stadium on Saturday.

The In-Form Nigerian was handed a deserving start in the starting XI by Bülent Korkmaz and he went ahead to hug headlines following his stellar performance in the game.

Super Eagles camp bubbles with 19 players Following Bruno Onyemaechi’s arrivals

The Nigeria Super Eagle’s camp bubbled and has its numbers of players increase to (19) with the arrival of Boavista Futebol Clube defender, Bruno Onyemaechi as well as other invited foreign pros ahead of the team all important fixture against Guinea-Bissau side.

In a bid to book a place in the AFCON, the Nigeria Super Eagle’s will be engaging in a doubleheader Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Guinea-Bissau later this month

The Super Eagles will play the first leg at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja on March 24 with the second leg taking place three days later at the 24 de Setembro Nacional Stadium.

In view of the important fixture, Nigeria Super Eagles gaffer, José Peseiro, have listed (24) players to execute the two legged qualifiers series.
